Alwin de Kock: Director / Consultant 

With his degree in mechanical engineering Alwin started his career as specialist in reliability engineering of electrical-mechanical components at AT&T. Later on he worked as project engineer for LD Duiker, an engineerings office where he coordinated combustion equipment related projects for the (petro-) chemical industry in an international environment. His knowledge and experience with combustion, thermo- and fluid dynamics in complex projects and products were developed further at Eclipse Combustion in his role of senior combustion engineer and later as manager product engineering. In the year 2000 Alwin founded i4i Innovation and during the following years he worked on a self-employed basis on a variety of interesting projects.

Gilbert van Kalkeren: Product Engineer

Gilbert joined the Solfic team in 2009 as all-round product engineer. Gilbert has a degree in automotive engineering and worked for over six years at Spyker sports cars in the Netherlands as product engineer, buyer and all-round coordinator of technical projects in an international setting. Later on Gilbert worked for Royal Nooteboom Trailer on several projects.

Edwin Linders: External specialist FEM en CFD

As self-employed specialist Edwin adds additional power to the Solfic team where it comes to FEM (finite element modeling), CFD (computional fluid dynamics) or 3D engineering capacity. Edwin has an academic degree in mechanical engineering and is experienced in manufacturing- and process industry and in design of special machinery.
